1.1. These personal data processing rules (hereinafter – the Rules) establish the terms of use of the website digitalsavyy.com (hereinafter – digitalsavyy.com), as well as the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other provisions applicable to visitors of digitalsavyy.com (hereinafter – Visitors).

1.3. Visitors of digitalsavyy.com are given the opportunity to voluntarily download free or purchase paid video recordings, PDF books, or other types of content by entering their contact information. Visitors also have the right to share existing content from digitalsavyy.com on social media. Visitors are allowed to comment and participate in discussions in all comment sections available on the website. A Visitor may voluntarily enter their contact details to subscribe to newsletters.

3.12. Upon request, the digitalsavyy.com administration undertakes to inform the person about the termination of the processing of their data or the refusal to terminate it. Upon request, it also undertakes to preserve all data for which processing has been terminated.

6.2. Personal Data is processed for the purpose of properly providing services to Visitors (such as access to video recordings, selected PDF books, or other content by email, updates, etc.). The data is also processed for direct marketing and promotional purposes (such as games, quizzes, contests). The data controller collects and stores the data electronically and, if necessary, may provide extracts in other formats.

6.3. On the digitalsavyy.com website, the Visitor provides their name, email address, phone number, and city. These Personal Data are obtained directly from the Visitor.

6.4. By agreeing to these Rules and submitting Personal Data, the Visitor:

8.1.
